Modi Multispeciality Dental Clinic (MMSDC) is located in Vastrapur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat since 2013 year. MMSDC – Implant & Laser Center is dedicated to provide you the Best Dental Treatment in a painless manner. Patient will get all routine, needed & special dental treatment under one roof. So, it’s a one stop solution for all your oral health needs. Dr. Jalak Modi is Director and owner of Modi Multispeciality Dental Clinic. She is also caring dentist with a vast experience of 10+ years in the field of dentistry. At MMSDC, Team of specialised Dentist- Orthodontist, Oral Surgeon, Endodontist, Periodontist, Implantologist available and delivering their services along with Para-dental/medical Staff, Nursing staff and Ancillary staff at Clinic. Here, all such skilled staff are trained and committed to give individualized attention for each patient with Quality Dental Treatment & care providing.
We are providing all Dental Treatment and follow-up visits at Clinic on OPD basis ONLY. Hence, NOT providing Admission/Indoor facility to patients at our Clinic. Clinic remain open all days for patients. Our clinic Timings are: Monday to Saturday 9am to 9pm and Sunday 10am to 1pm (With Prior Appointment). Clinic maintaining all data/records in EHR – HMIS software.
